The LSA operates a 1.5 MGD secondary treatment facility and 4 pumping stations, servicing Lambertville, Stockton, New Hope, PA and Solebury Township. The LSA is governed by the Authority Chairman and 6 Board members and is operated and maintained by 9 employees. The LSA will contribute $15,000/yr. for 5 years to the new Lambertville Community Center.

A bi-state agency formed by PA and NJ. The Commission operates seven toll bridges, eleven toll-supported (free) bridges and two pedestrian bridges over its 139-mile jurisdiction. The Commission is currently in the midst of a comprehensive capital improvement program that represents an investment of over $950 million in the Commission's infrastructure.
